Thoughts about the what's called "gay lifestyle"

As a gay person myself I know there is not a thing like "gay lifestyle", at least not a thing in the way most people believe there is. Usually gay people are no different then straight, or for that matter: bisexuals. There are "straight"-gays who deny their sexuality and there are straight people who sometimes pretend to be gay or bisexual - for what reason so ever... What really matters is, the acceptance almost nobody showed gays or bisexuals in the past. Todays homophobes are often straight people who are almost bisexual or bisexual people who tend to be gay, they try to hide themselves / their sexuality. Who wouldn't if he / she believed it was bad or wrong to be a not-straight person? They are afraid. And here we got to the point, the problem. Our problems are homegrown, generation for generation people joked about homosexuality, young people didn't have a chance to develop in liberty of free thinking. But always there were these people, "these gays". Always young adults were committing suicide, always there were innocent victims of murder and other cruelties like torture. We humans never ever managed to live in peace, together with all kinds of people. Why is this you might ask, I personally believe it's the fear of being discriminated or feeling helpless. Straight men often - not every time - feel weak admitting the acceptance for different people, somehow sometimes it makes them feel less manly - so there you have it: you're not lesser a man by showing some self confidence in form of non-discrimination. Last but not least: if being gay was not popular as a negative property no one had to be afraid being kept gay.
And by the way there are more heterosexual pedophiles then gay people.
